HUNGARY
My name is Amina Al-Hassan I was born in Accra in Ghana and grew up in Hungary and live now in Budapest with my son and husband.
I’m a self-taught abstract artist from Budapest, influenced and inspired by nature and soul.
I work predominantly with acrylic paint on canvases but love to experiment with different mediums like watercolour, oil pastel and textiles. I often use gel mediums and sometimes textiles creating textured unique pieces. I feel that texture is adding something plus, magical, extraordinary something special to my work.
I express my feelings, impressions through my paintings. Hopefully my paintings make everyone as happy as I feel when I am creating.
