Throughout my life, I have touched various techniques in the arts and crafts world.
My knowledge and skills in sculpture, drawing, painting, and textiles has blossomed in the art school in Lithuania. Following that, I developed my further interest in arts by taking a graphic design course and producing digital art in London. Subsequently, I joined an interior design course and was practicing model making, glass, and metalwork.
After completing the degree, I found myself diving into the practice of a technique that brought me the most joy and which vividly manifested my artistry and individuality.
I use art as a means of self-expression. With years of experimentation, I discovered abstract perfectionism as an ideal medium to reach the minds and hearts of others. Each line, color, and brush stroke in my artwork have been placed intentionally, to trigger emotions and touch those experiencing it. Beliefs are stronger than reality - every person's subconscious can trigger different emotions when looking at the same painting. Nonetheless, it rarely happens that one is unresponsive to my art.
My inspiration often comes from music. The creative process can be described as a ritual in which I transform sounds into visual, sensual representations. I encapsulate the emotions experienced at the moment, converting them into vivid artworks on canvas.
Collection 'Black Edition' was born rather unexpectedly. In my creative exploration, I ruined one of my bigger canvases. Filled with disappointment and fury, I started covering the canvas with black paint when suddenly, new ideas and inspiration emerged. What started as a seemingly unsuccessful painting turned into one of my best works, and shed a light on the direction of the creations that followed.
