Jacqueline Goodall is an artist from Glasgow and is a recent graduate of Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design in Dundee. Jacqueline works primarily in printmaking and text-based works.
Exploring the connection between language and visual art stimulates her awareness of surroundings, enlightening new perspectives of examining the world that we live in through immediate live drawings. The collection of drawings are then fragmented becoming abstract representations of the environment and architecture through expressive printmaking.
Goodall is also involved with socially engaged community art projects, encouraging artistic expression and the use of art as a platform for communication. This resonates with her own practice, as Goodall communicates through language by writing poetry later translating into visual art
