JESSICA ELDENSTJARNA

SWEDEN

  • Instagram

Born 1979 and raised in the lush and ensouled countryside southwest of Sweden, Jessica found nature, art, and the spiritual dimensions to guide her early in life. She took her art degree in Southampton, England, and has since 2004 exhibited in Great Britain, Sweden, and France with paintings, sculptures, performance acts, and short films. During her participation in The Sacred Arts Festival in Senlis, France 2019, she performed one of her Earth Acts where she moves and paints to live music as a strengthening ritual. This was recorded for the national news in France. Jessica is based in Stockholm and is a passionate voice for Soul, Beauty, and Nature in our time.

Inviting “The Sacred”, Jessica layers oil paint, watercolors, pencils, gold leaf, and other materials to embody ”Life Spirit” and activate altered states of consciousness. She draws inspiration from a lifelong exploration of myth, mysticism, psychology, and diverse spiritual practices. Her work is an unfolding meditation where she moves between figurative and abstract conveying the invisible fields in between.
