Being an avid collector of abstract art since the early 1990s eventually lead to creating my own abstract works. My works are largely non-representational. My paintings are characterized by a distinctive use of color and form that make for a unique style. Always seeking to develop new techniques and colors leads to a large variety in my work.
The process of creating my work is largely intuitive without pre-determined plans. The paintings proceed from beginning to end by letting the canvas speak and show the way. This leads to a style that is totally uninhibited and presents infinite possibilities. Art is not only visual but also emotional. It is meant to he felt as much as seen.
In the abstract, you see with your mind instead of your eyes. I hope to have the viewer feel first then see.
