Born in 1975 I was exposed to photography as an art form from early ages on. Inspired by my father and grandfather, I explored light for almost 30 years until I completely changed angles and went to the abstraction of things in painting with oil.
We are constantly overloading ourselves with information without really getting the meaning of it. Abstraction can help you get a new point of view on it.
My paintings are supposed to leave you that way. Art is an own language and it’s not be meant to be explained verbally. If you cannot explain a piece of art in words, it is a good one. It has arrived at where it belongs.
