In 2003 after years of battling alcohol and drugs, Jordan checked himself into a rehab and got sober. Soon after, he moved to New York City and began his career as both an artist and an entrepreneur opening bars in the East Village and Lower East Side.
During his time in NYC, Jordan was a part of several group exhibitions at various galleries and participated and helped organize The Howl Festivals “Art in the Park” from 2005-2008, as well as commissioned to create new works for private collections
In 2011, Jordan became a father and moved his family and business to Los Angeles. Art took a back seat to life for the next few years as he raised two wonderful daughters. Ultimately it is thanks to his two kids and his beautiful muse, fiancé Alexandra, that Jordan picked up a brush and start painting again and found his way back to his art practice.
