Art has always been very important to me and has been a part of my life from an early age. It has been a great way to express myself. My art has been exhibited at the Tate Modern and included in animation to celebrate the Queen’s Jubilee. Over the past eight years my ceramics and art have been exhibited in the ‘Art Central’ Gallery, Barry, ‘Craft in the Bay’ Gallery, Llanover Hall Arts Centre, Canton, Cardiff, G39 Art Gallery, Oxford Street, Cardiff and ArcadeCampfa, Queen’s Arcade, Cardiff.
I gained a Certificate in Higher Education in Arts with Ceramics in June 2016 at Barry College and Cardiff Metropolitan University.
My art always follows my heart. I paint about nature, rainbows, trees, flowers, the moon, sunsets, actresses, self-portraits, Salome, the Welsh Dragon, statues, warriors, spirits, Angels, God. I adore travelling and seeing excellent art and this also influences my work. I enjoy detail, light and expressive colour.
I paint in oils and work on 60cm x 60cm canvases. I am always happy to speak about my artwork to anyone who is interested.
I do hope you enjoy the exhibition. Please let me know and write a comment in my comments book.
