“My motivation in life is seeking, studying and creating beautiful and interesting things”

Pamela Resnick has spent the majority of her life exploring and utilizing many art mediums to include silversmithing and fiber.  She worked in sales at an art and framing gallery for a number of years which gave her the opportunity to see the work of many artists.  Inspired by the artwork of others, Pamela sought out numerous painting and figure drawing classes at the College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn, Illinois.  After moving to Seattle, Washington she spent several years studying oil painting at The Collymore Artelier in an Emerging Artists Program.  
Pamela is completely committed to oil painting and works full time creating interesting and engaging art.  Her greatest inspirations come from nature. It may be the plant, animal, color, texture, or the random beauty that is the motivation.  The artist expresses those feelings through her work.  As an avid gardener, Pamela is constantly finding amazing beauty in her
