The paintings are based on an individual’s thinking process. These are individuals in different circumstances, in testing times, reacting to their situation in their own way. These are single short stories, Some are contemplative, some are thoughtful, some are imaginative, Some are nostalgic, Some are remorseful
If the viewer is, able to make it their own story or identify with it, then our communication is complete
The figures are in the same basic style but rendered in different ways.
As we all are the same yet different
The works are in mixed media on special art paper, mounted and framed in glass
This technique has been developed, over the years. It has splatters and other such elements; it has many mediums in different layers, which gives it, depth and a different look. I have attached 15 paintings for your perusal, but I have 10 more with me.
I also paint these on canvas.
I hope you like the work and share my ethos.
